Project that experienced

Recently a project finished.

In many case, we may review and summarize our process, module and other useful resource, then package to the file for next project, which can be checked to see whether we can reuse. This is most important for building futures.

In China, many groups are setting up their project until to failure, do you feel funny? But this is truth. These separate groups design their project just like build a lot of small mountains, but after these groups left, these mountains are all become sand-ware which were gave up. No one will be thinking to build up to a big mountain with previous resource.

Why we cannot build a large design with much useful and reusable resource? This is a technique called as "Time to market" for system design.

Then we will start to think next new project at suitable right timing with previous experience.
This principle not only can be used in our work, but also suitable for our daily living. Thinking for your-self, Thinking for others.
