Although many cities in the world have their respective unique feature, one thing is the same, that is society order.
Beside of building construction, one of most important matter is the society order keeper, alone with perfect city law.
We can notice many cities’ background introduction such as New York, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and so on. Hong Kong also is a kind of city model; why we don't get lead-in a Royal public society safety system include every kind of facility under the help of strategic partnership through building a business type of relation. That is better than so-called community. This is a considerable idea I think today.

Project that experienced
Recently a project finished.
In many case, we may review and summarize our process, module and other useful resource, then package to the file for next project, which can be checked to see whether we can reuse. This is most important for building futures.
In China, many groups are setting up their project until to failure, do you feel funny? But this is truth. These separate groups design their project just like build a lot of small mountains, but after these groups left, these mountains are all become sand-ware which were gave up. No one will be thinking to build up to a big mountain with previous resource.
Why we cannot build a large design with much useful and reusable resource? This is a technique called as "Time to market" for system design.
Then we will start to think next new project at suitable right timing with previous experience.
This principle not only can be used in our work, but also suitable for our daily living. Thinking for your-self, Thinking for others.

Civilization and Education
In our daily living, whether do we need think civilization？ This question maybe has become the past tense. But not yet in China.
I am now living in China, everything met I always feel funny. I used to live in some other countries and this always let me thinking.
For example,
1) In China, it is difficult to hear about "I am sorry", "Thank you", but these two sentences are very popular in other countries and became a habit. When I say “thank you" and "I am sorry" in China, I always felt that other peoples think me as a funny guy.
2) In China, "under-the-counter deals" is very popular especially in each layer of Government organization, even on the biggest supermarket. No one think business concept in their mind. Then every Chinese just think "under-the-counter deals" and the normal organization's business became the personal trade, corruption then became very popular and in addition growing to worse and worse. This is quite different between China and other countries. It should be Remembered that friendship and "under-the-counter deals" is very different! Just like the difference between physical matter and feeling.
I just think why it is so different, I know China history and every times of dynasty, I really hope it should be become to better.
Education is very important! That is Civilization’s base!

Result and schedule, then its evaluation is important
In many case, I always like to evaluate my done for everything. Why I should do this, actually there are a lot of thing difficult to be understood around our life. In China, this phenomena is became very normal although it is funny, and even can not be explained alone with time's delay.
But in many other case I experiened in other country, Why we can not explain ? this question always remind us, then the matter can be smoothly resolved.
The most important reason is platform, or called as operation system.
In China, thought is considered as the most important thing, this is China history.
The timing is important for everyone, rely on yourself!

Video camera is a very good thing, I always use my Canon video camera to take many my life- around movies.
I will re-arrange some of funny or remember-able scene to publish at my favorite Blog, but I think large video must be difficult to upload, so they have to be shoten to the point.
